Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel a lesson, if less than 24 hours the lesson must still be paid for in full.

Responsibility

We cannot be held responsible for cancellations or date changes for driving tests by the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency, nor can we be held responsible for rescheduling of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown. In the case of prepaid or block booked lessons these will be rolled over to another day suitable for you. Please speak with your instructor for further advice.

Road Safety

We reserve the right to refuse the use of our tuition vehicles for tests without notice should the pupil not satisfy they are test standard, we also reserve the right to refuse a lesson if the pupil is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs (lesson would still be charged)

Safety

Our instructors reserve the right to refuse lessons to anyone should they feel unsafe any sort of violence or abuse will not be tolerated.

PrePay and Block Bookings

Block bookings are payable on the first lesson or in advance, in a method arranged with your instructor. Prepay lessons are paid on arrangement with your instructor to suit your needs (on payday for instance, lessons will not begin until day of payment) 

With all advance payments there is a 7 day cooling off period where you can request a full refund, after these 7 days your instructor will hold these funds against your paperwork for you to use for driving lessons.
